	Chung-Hsin Electric and Machinery Mfg. Corp (CHEM) is one of the largest companies in Taiwan suppling power equipment including GIS equipment, SCADA, Meters, home appliances, air-conditioning and electrical engineering. CHEM has signed an agreement with Dynatrol in June 2001 having the license to manufacture and sell the DS-32 RTU worldwide with the exclusive rights in Taiwan market. We have our DS-32 RTUs installed and running in the Taiwan since summer of 2000. In January 2003, Dynatrol has signed an agreement with Chung-Hsin Electric and Machinery Mfg. Corp (CHEM) of Taiwan opening a technical center office in Shanghai, China.
	Marketing & Sales Affiliate
	ASAT Solutions Inc. has been cooperating with Dynatrol since 2000. ASAT is a young and dynamic company with strong marketing and sales in SCADA business around the world.
	Value Added Resellers (VARs)
	GE Energy Services (Substation Automation division in Calgary) has been one of the major RTU suppliers around the world. Currently, GE Energy Services and ASAT have obtained the license to manufacture Dynatrol’s RTU that supplying to their existing and new customers around the world with the exception of Taiwan market. They have already manufactured Dynatrol’s RTUs and shipped to their customers.
