DS-32
RTU now officially DNP Level 2 Conformant.
Dynatrol Systems Inc. is proud to announce that the
DS-32 RTU has
officially & successfully passed the DNP Conformance test, Level 2 with
Unsolicited. This testing procedure entails verifying all the DNP3 protocol
nuances as outlined in the Basic 4 Document set, Subset Definitions and all
Technical Notes released by the DNP3 Technical Committee which ensure IED
interoperability.

Electrical Utilities and Distribution Equipments in the World Trade Center
of Shanghai on August 27-29, 2003.

Chung-Hsin Electric and
Machinery Mfg. Corp (CHEM) successfully installed a major project for Taiwan
Power Corporation, the Peng Tao Substation of the Taoyuan province in
Taiwan. This substation requires a ‘Large Size’ DS-32 RTU type with 1080
digital input points, 384 digital output points, and 256 analog input
points.

iPAC is specially designed for comprehensive feeder protection and
automation applications. That includes fault detection, fault isolation,
restoration, re-closing, metering, trend recording, fault recording and
